Mile One Eating House opened in March of 2011, with a vision to grow as a Chef driven casual dining restaurant in Pemberton BC, focusing on great BC ingredients. For the last 12 years, Mile One Eating House has done just that, providing this perfect blend fitting the beginning or end of one’s journey in our amazing region!
It is with great excitement that we announce that from November 1st 2022 ownership of Mile One Eating House will change to Whistler Cooks Group of Companies.
Whistler Cooks and their group of companies: Whistler Cooks Catering, Hunter Gather Eatery and Taphouse, Cranked Espresso Bar and Fridge Full Food Delivery; share the values Mile One Eating House has been built on. Whistler Cooks will continue to foster these pillars of the Community and Team working as one, to provide an authentic dining experience. Whistler Cooks sees the future as bright for Mile One Eating House and looks forward to continue to provide delicious food locally and serving it up mountain style.
This new chapter will also allow the current owners of Mile One Eating House, Randy and Cindy, to focus on their next adventure with Hanceville Cattle Company and their latest development Range & Co, providing wholesale/retail grocery throughout the region. These ventures, from casual dining to beef cattle ranching and then connecting true farm to table offerings, comes with some incredible diversity in both business type and geographic location.
