As someone who loves to eat a variety of vegetarian dishes, I have to give big kudos to our Executive Chef Dustin Harkness at Whistler Cooks for creating a falafel ball that is not only incredibly delicious but completely vegan!
We are happy our customers feel the same and are regularly asking for the falafels to be included on their menu. Dustin and the culinary team have hand made & rolled an incredible amount of 15,000 balls this summer; way to go team!
